Dalung, in his usual character shocked participants and the people of Langtang in a costume that does not befits him as a Minister in the Federal Republic of Nigeria when he attended the 2018 Tarok Cultural Carnival held in Langtang South local government area of the state on Saturday.
He participated actively in the festival wearing just a underwear designed traditionally and other cultural attires and materials tied round his waist as he led a Langtang cultural group in the parade at the cultural carnival.
