Prince Udofia, the coordinator of the Golden Eaglets of Nigeria has been exposed in Sao Paulo, Brazil as a result of his cooking skills unknown to many Nigerians, totorinews reports.
Having settled down in the city of Sao Paulo, the players and their officials were not too confortable with the meals served in the hotel. A lot of them secretly desired to have a taste of Nigerian delicacies and Udofia was to the rescue.
The former Bayelsa United defender walked to the chefs at the hotel and explained the dilema of the Nigerian contingent. He informed them of the need to cook Nigerian stew that compliments white rice , unlike the rice without sauce that was given the team to eat.
And in a jiffy, he zoomed into the kitchen and taught the chefs on how to prepare Nigerian stew and it was well prepared for the dinner.

Guess what? The Brazilian chefs tasted he stew and echoed “bom, bom” meaning good, good. The rice and stew dinner was well devoured by the players and the officials as they had a fill of Nigerian delicacies in Sao Paulo.
It was further gathered that Udofia played a similiar role in Niamey, Niger Republic during the Under 17 WAFU tournament last year.
