The love that the Super Eagles enjoys in the city of Alexandria among the Egyptians is enormous to the extent that an Egyptian couple, Ahmad Abdulterika and his lovely wife have predicted 2-0 victory of Nigeria over Cameroon in the round 16 game on Saturday at the Alexandria stadium, totorinews reports exclusively.
In a chat with totorinews, Ahmad Abdulterika said he is a big fan of the Super Eagles as he began to mention some names of past Super Eagles players like Rashidi Yekini, Emmanuel Amuneke, Sunday Oliseh, Daniel Amokachi, adding also some names of the present squad like Ahmed Musa, Alex Iwobi, Mikel Obi as players that have thrilled him over the years in the team and he wants Nigeria to beat Cameroon 2-0 on Saturday.
“I love Nigeria and the great players of the Super Eagles. I remember Rashidi Yekini, Sunday Oliseh , Daniel Amokachi. Super players , very good players and i also like Ahmed Musa, Alex Iwobi and Mikel Obi in this team.” Abdulterika said with smiles written all over his face.
Speaking ahead of the game between Nigeria and Cameroon this Saturday, Abdulterika said that he is not a fan of Cameroon in anyway and he hopes that Nigeria will rise to the occasion, predicting 2-0 scoreline as he made a sign language with his two fingers indicating victory.
“No. I dont like Cameroon. I want Nigeria to win 2-0. Ahmed Musa and Alex Iwobi to score the two goals insha Allah,” he said with his wife also raising two fingers of 2-0.
