FIFA Under 20 World Cup: Defending Champion England, Brazil, Spain Germany missing

The 2019 FIFA Under 20 World Cup to be hosted by Poland this summer will not feature England, the defending champions,  Brazil, five – time champions, former champions Spain and Germany due to their failure to qualify  for the tournament, www.totorinews.com reports.

Nigeria, a force to be reckoned with in the world of youth football booked her ticket  to the tournament after qualifying for the semi – final of the Africa Youth Championship on-going in Niamey,  Niger Republic.

The team will tackle the Junior of Eagles of Mali in one of the semi-final clash this evening, while the second semi – final game is between the rampaging Senegalese under 20 team and their counter part from South Africa.

These four teams at the semi-final event of the tournament are the representatives of Africa in Poland.
