S’Square very troublesome in Eagles’ training

To play against the attacking duo of Samuel Chukweze and Samuel Kalu in Super Eagles’ training was definitely troublesome for John Ogu and Jamilu Colins, totorinews.com reports exclusively.

Kalu was full of troubles for Collins, as he had him for dinner through so many dribbling runs , although the defender tried to retrieve the ball from the Bordeaux winger, but he was only successful on a few occasions.

Wednesday’s training was a tactical half field play between two teams. Ogu was pitched to stop another worrisome Samuel from Villareal. However, the 2015 FIFA U-17 team World Cup winner made him to know the reason he is one of the hottest young players in Europe , as he was unstoppable with his scintillating football skills to the cheering of the sizeable football fans that came to watch the training.

It is also interesting to note that all the players that trained on the pitch radiated so much fitness and the battle for who makes the final cut to Egypt was very intense. Little wonder that Gernot Rohr , the gaffer of the Super Eagles had this to say to the media at the end of the training.

“You know that every player wants to come to Egypt and we have two players to drop. Competition is open and everybody wants to be in the 23 players for AFCON in Egypt, but it will be difficult for me and my staff to choose the 23 players because every player is doing so well.”
